2025 Rosé of Pinot Noir
Delicate and dry, with aromas of white peach, wild strawberry, tart cherry and spring blossoms, underscored by a subtle saline note and flinty freshness. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, the grapes were harvested in the cool early morning, gently crushed and left on their skins overnight, lending the wine its pale pink hue and aromatic complexity. Crisp acidity carries the bright fruit through a fresh, lingering finish.
