2022 Moscato di Arancia
Sweet, distinctively aromatic, and slightly frizzante, Moscato di Arancia is made from Orange Muscat grown in our cool Los Alamos Vineyard. We harvested these grapes at 24 Brix, gently pressed them, and fermented the juice at a very low temperature. Fermentation was arrested just as the alcohol crested 10% to balance the crisp acidity with luscious sweetness and preserve this special wine’s notes of orange blossoms, apricot, and candied citron. A slight effervescence cleanses the palate while the semi-sparkling fizz stimulates the playful mouth feel with a fresh and lively finish, begging another sip.
