Chef Norbert Schulz has created a delectable four course menu which will provide a perfect foundation for new Lucas & Lewellen summer wine releases.

Our unreleased 2012 Lucas & Lewellen Blanc des Noirs Sparkling Wine with Passed Hors d'Oeuvres

First Course:
Grilled Watermelon, Dungeness Crab Meat, & Micro Arugula Salad with Roasted Yellow Tomato Dressing served with 2013 Lucas & Lewellen Rosé of Pinot Noir

Second Course:
Maine Lobster & Jasmine Rice Fritter with Apricot Curry Sauce & Candied Endive Leaves with 2013 Lucas & Lewellen Viognier

Third Course:
Colorado Lamb Loin & Marques Sausage Porcini Mushrooms, Eggplant & Potato Terrine, & Golden Thyme Jus with 2011 Lucas & Lewellen Cote del Sol

Fourth Course:
