2025 Nuvolosa
Nuvolosa, Italian for "cloudy", is our intentionally unfiltered expression of Malvasia Bianca, made with a low-intervention mindset and a deep respect for place. Grown in the cool Los Alamos corridor, the fruit ripens slowly, preserving aromatic lift and natural energy.
Fermented gently and left unfiltered by design, Nuvolosa retains a soft haze that reflects its hands-off approach. The result is a wine that feels vibrant and alive: floral, lightly textured, and quietly complex. This is Malvasia Bianca in its most honest form, unpolished, expressive, and rooted in the vineyard rather than the cellar.
Best enjoyed with an open mind, a slight chill, and friends who appreciate wines that don’t try too hard.
