Chef Giorgio Curti has created an extraordinary five-course menu which will provide a perfect foundation for enjoying Lucas & Lewellen Vineyard autumn wine releases on a beautiful harvest evening in wine country.

This special evening will give guests the opportunity to hear the back story on the evening's chosen wines while celebrated Chef Giorgio Curti discusses each special course.

Champagne Reception: 
2012 Lucas & Lewellen Blanc des Noirs Sparkling Wine with a Hand-Shucked Oyster Bar

First Course:
Spanish Paella served with 2014 Lucas & Lewellen Rosé of Pinot Noir

Second Course:
Roasted Bone Marrow with Polenta served with 2014 Lucas & Lewellen Pinot Noir, Goodchild Vineyard "High 9"

Third Course:
Chef's Choice of 5-week Dry Aged Beef with Chimichurri served with 2012 Lucas & Lewellen Malbec

Fourth Course:
Roasted Pork Belly with Butternut Squash Purée served with 2012 Lucas & Lewellen Cabernet Sauvignon, Clone 6

Fifth Course:
