2017 Valentine Wine Dinner

We are really excited to share the beautiful First & Oak Restaurant with you this Valentines Day. The owners purchased the Mirabelle about a year ago and transformed the hotel and restaurant into an elegant Parisian-styled hôtel de luxe serving local fresh fare prepared by Chef Snook who has worked continuously in Michelin Star restaurants, including six years at three restaurants of esteemed British chef Gordon Ramsay, serving as Sous Chef at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London.
For this special evening, Winemaker Megan McGrath Gates will share the romance and the science of her experience as the creator of these beautiful wines, owner Royce Lewellen will share his knowledge and appreciation of the wine selections, and Chef Snook will discuss the superb pairings.
